What a memory - I was the one who actually instigated this show as a DJ at 88.1 with the intent of it being a fund raiser for the station... We had the lineup with all the locals but red earth productions was doing COAC and treepeople across town (hoedown I suppose) so we aligned the stars and put this gargantuan conglomerate together... great CRAZY day. Timing was off we had to do a jam session mid afternoon to fill time (I think it was because Puzzle's drummer's 47 piece Neil Pert -esque kit was still being assembled)... Most memorable moment - end of the evening Eric Akre (played drums for both COAC and treepople)when we rolled up the big "Hanger doors" after the show and he was haunched over his kit STEAMING!!! He was literally sitting there, deflated, exhausted and Moth*rF*ck*ng STEAMING. I've been smitten with his percussive prowess ever since.

Fun times - Oh FWIW 88.1 didn't make a dime off the show

we were added to this show so late that we were sharpied in! (spawn) It was very cool to play a show with the treepeople on the same bill, although we we practically played years before them! (long show!) I enjoyed watching crown.... I believe this was a show they went a little crazy with the mics and were tackling monitors. good stuff and nearly as memorable as joe singing with schedule while hanging upside-down from the hoedown rafters

Thanks. I have to use a calendar to match the date and day of the week with a year. Looks like 93 is right. The date has been updated.

1989? are you certain? i mean i was at this show and in high school and if my memory serves me correctly that was not in 1989. what a great show, and for only 6 bucks! this had to have been 92, 93 or around there.
